  3. Keep it up Jason. It will all be worth it in a few weeks or months when the non-stop cravings have passed and the weight continues to fly off. Everyone in your family is proud of you, and we are confident that you can keep it up and live a longer, healthier life from here on out.

  4. Jason in life there are know real goals set without some sort of pain and stuggles along the way. I always like to remember Jesus carrying the cross in the movie Passion of the Christ when I think of the pain and stuggles I have been through. You will get there and be proud of yourself. Remember Judy is there for you and to always let her know how much she is helping with the process. I know I will be praying for you as you are totally right EATING IS AN ADDICTION. God Bless and hang in there. I have included a friends phone number who also went throught what you are doing his name is Carlos and he is a great MAN. Call him or I anytime.

  5. Jason-
Congrats on your progress so far and your commitment to getting healthy. I am fat, also. Like you I am trying to change that. I have chosen a different route- exercise and diet. On New years I weighed in at a svelte 244. I am now almost wasting away at 231.

If anyone is looking at trying to start a cardio program, there is a good one at c25k.com. C25k stands for Couch potato to 5K. It is a nine week program that is designed to get you moving in a gradual way. It is easy to follow and keep up with. In a few weeks I will run a 5k. Why? I don't know.

Good luck. I look forward to seeing the new, smaller you at the WWR in May.
